نقش تعدیل‌کننده جنسیت در رابطه بین فشار روانشناختی، حساسیت به طرد شدن و شکست با ایده پردازی خودکشی نوجوانان: نقش میانجی افسردگی و ناامیدی |

اهداف: شناسایی ایده پردازی خودکشی در نوجوانان میتواند به مداخله به هنگام برای افراد در معرض خطر کمک کننده باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف نقش تعدیل‌کننده جنسیت در رابطه بین فشار روانشناختی، حساسیت به طرد شدن و شکست با ایده پردازی خودکشی در نوجوانان: نقش میانجی افسردگی و ناامیدی انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش مقطعی حاضر از طرح همبستگی از نوع تحلیل مسیر است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای 623 نفر از دانشآموزان مقطع متوسطه انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از مقیاس احتمال خودکشی (کال و گیل، 1988)، مقیاس اضطراب و افسردگی بیمارستانی (زیگموند و اسنیت، 1983)، پرسشنامه فشار روانشناختی (زانگ و همکاران، 2022)، مقیاس ناامیدی (بک و همکاران، 1974)، مقیاس شکست گیلبرت و آلن (1998) و پرسشنامه حساسیت به طرد (داونی و فلدمن، 1996) استفاده شد. فرضیههای پژوهش با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS. 26 و تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرمافزار AMOS. 24 تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین فشار روانشناختی، شکست، حساسیت به طرد شدن با افسردگی، ناامیدی و ایده پردازی خودکشی در نوجوانان رابطه معنیداری وجود دارد (0/05>P). شکست به‌صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم با ایده پردازی خودکشی رابطه داشت. ولی رابطه فشار روانشناختی و حساسیت به طرد شدن از طریق ناامیدی و افسردگی با ایده پردازی خودکشی رابطه داشتند. نتیجه گیری: این یافته‌ها گامی مقدماتی به‌سوی شفاف‌سازی بیشتر مکانیسم‌های ایده پردازی و رفتار خودکشی را نشان می‌دهد و از کاربرد مبتنی بر تحقیقات آینده بر روی مدل یکپارچه انگیزشی- ارادی رفتار خودکشی حمایت می‌کند. |

Objectives: Identifying suicidal ideation in adolescents can help timely intervention for people at risk. The present study was conducted with the aim of the moderating role of gender in the relationship between psychological strain, sensitivity to rejection and defeat with adolescent suicide ideation in adolescents: the mediating role of depression and hopelessness. Methods: The current cross-sectional research is a correlation design of the path analysis type. In this research, 623 high school students were selected using the multi-stage cluster sampling method. To collect data from the suicide probability scale (Cull, & Gill, 1988), The hospital anxiety and depression scale (Zigmond, & Snaith, 1983), psychological strain scale (Zhang and et al, 2022), Beck hopelessness scale (Beck and et al, 1974), defeat scale (Gilbert, & Allan, 1998) and rejection sensitivity questionnaire (Downey, & Feldman, 1996) were used. Research hypotheses using Pearson's correlation coefficient using SPSS software. 26 and path analysis using AMOS software. 24 were analyzed. Results: The results of the correlation coefficient showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between psychological strain, sensitivity to rejection, and defeat with depression, hopelessness, and suicidal ideation (P< 0.05). defeat was directly and indirectly related to suicidal ideation. But the relationship between psychological strain and sensitivity to rejection through hopelessness and depression was related to suicidal ideation. Conclusion: These findings represent a preliminary step toward further elucidating the mechanisms of suicidal ideation and behavior and support future research-based applications of the integrated motivational-volitional model of suicidal behavior. |
