عنوان فارسی تبیین تجربیات و دیدگاه اعضاء هیات علمی علوم پایه دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در خصوص روش های مختلف تدریس
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: نتایج تحقیقات نشان داده است که یکی کلیدهای مهم یادگیری "روش تدریس" است و تاثیر سایر عوامل مثل خصوصیات فردی مدرس بر یاد گیری دانشجو، بسیارناچیز است. لذا در سا ل های اخیر، آموزش پزشکی دستخوش تغییرات بسیار زیادی شده و روش های جدید آموزشی متنوعی ابداع شده است. هدف از این مطالعه تبیین تجربیات و دیدگاه اعضاء هیات علمی علوم پایه دانشکده پزشکی در خصوص روش های مختلف تدریس می باشد .روش کار: مطالعه حاضر به صورت پژوهش کیفی به منظور درک تجارب و دیدگاه های اعضاء هیات علمی استفاده شده است. جامعه پژوهش شامل اعضای هیات علمی گروه های علوم پایه دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در سال 1392 بودند. حجم نمونه 20 استاد که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند وارد مطالعه شدند. به منظور جمع آوری داده ها از مصاحبه های باز و نیمه ساختار بصورت انفرادی استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوی مرسوم مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت .یافته­ها: درون مایه های اصلی بر گرفته از این مطالعه "روش های مختلف تدریس"، " علل انتخاب و به کارگیری روش های مختلف تدریس" و "موانع و تسهیل کننده های انتخاب روش های تدریس" بوده است. روش های مختلف تدریس در بین اساتید در سه دسته ی کلی روش های سنتی، روش های نوین، روش های ادغام یافته و تلفیقی دسته بندی گردیدند. علل انتخاب و به کارگیری روش های مختلف تدریس زمان آموزش در این مطالعه، می توان به تجهیزات آموزش، شخصیت استاد و میزان علاقمندی او، عملکرد صحیح سیستم و نظام آموزشی اشاره نمود.بحث و نتیجه­گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نمایانگر آن است علی رغم این که اکثر اساتید علوم پایه با اجرای روش های نوین آموزشی موافق بودند اما به دلیل عدم وجود بسترهای مناسب و وجود موانع اجرایی، این روش ها را برای دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی مناسب تر دانسته اند. از طرفی این مطالعه نشان داد که اساتید و دانشجویان آمادگی تحول و نوسازی نظام آموزش پزشکی را دارند. تحول در نظام آموزشی نیازمند کنشگرانی است که بتوانند خوب فکر کنند، خوب نظریه پردازی نمایند، استدلال کنند و بتوانند نظریه های جدید را در عرصه عمل به کار گیرند.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: Researches has shown that one of the important keys to learning "teaching method" and the impact of other factors such as teacher characteristics on student learning are minimal. So in recent years, medical education has undergone tremendous changes and has developed a variety of new methods of teaching. The purpose of this study was to explore the experiences and perspectives of basic sciences faculty members of medical school of Tehran university of medical sciences regard to different teaching methods Methods: In this qualitative study in 2013, using purposeful sampling, thirty faculty members from different academic rank, degree, school and training records participated in the research. The data gathered by In-depth interviews. All of the interviews tape recorded transcribed verbatim and analyzed according to the content analysis method. Results: The main themes taken from the study "method of teaching", "Choosing and applying various methods of teaching" and "Barriers and facilitators of teaching methods" are. Different ways of teaching among teachers in three general categories: traditional techniques, new methods, techniques and fusion categories were merged. Choosing and using different teaching methods, teaching time in this study can be school supplies, teacher's personality and interest rates, he pointed to the proper functioning of the system and the education system. Conclusion: These results indicate that despite the fact that most science teachers agreed with the implementation modern methods of education, but due to the lack of suitable substrates and administrative obstacles, the methods to graduate students at has been considered more appropriate. Furthermore, this study showed that teachers and students are prepared for transformation and modernization of medical education. Development actors in the educational system need to be able to think well, a good theory should be able to argue a new theory and practice in the field to operate.
