عنوان فارسی تعیین رابطه بین سلامت عمومی و رضایت شغلی کارگران در کشتارگاه صنعتی استان گلستان
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه و هدف: رضایت شغلی میزان علاقه افراد به کارشان می باشد. یکی از جنبه های رضایت شغلی که نادیده انگاشته می شود، رابطه آن با سلامت کارکنان است. مطالعه حاضر، ارزیابی شاخص های رضایت شغلی در شاغلین یک شرکت کشتارگاه صنعتی در یکی از استان های شمال کشور و بررسی ارتباط شاخص رضایت شغلی با سطح سلامت عمومی است. روش کار: در این مطالعه مقطعی، 85 نفر از میان کارگران کشتارگاه در سال 1393 به طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای بررسی سلامت عمومی از پرسشنامه GHQ-28 و برای بررسی رضایت شغلی از پرسشنامه JDI استفاده شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج پژوهش از روش های آمار توصیفی (فراوانی ، میانگین، انحراف معیار)، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون t مستقل استفاده شده است. در این مطالعه از نرم افزار SPSS.20 برای آنالیز آماری استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که هیچ یک از کارگران از سلامت عمومی مطلوبی برخوردار نمی باشند و میانگین شاخص رضایت شغلی کل کارگران پایین بوده است. بین رضایت شغلی و سلامت عمومی کارگران ارتباط معنی داری دیده نشده است. همچنین بین میانگین رضایت شغلی در دوگروه زنان و مردان و در دو گروه متاهل و مجرد اختلاف معنی داری وجود داشته است. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج بهتر است راهکارهایی برای افزایش سطح سلامت عمومی کارگران در نظر گرفته شود. همچنین برای افزایش میزان رضایت شغلی بهتر است شرایط عمومی و بهداشتی کار را بهبود بخشید و درآمد مالی کارگران را افزایش داد.

عنوان انگلیسی An Investingation of the Relationship between General wellness Health and Job Satisfaction in workers of an Industrial slaughterhouse in Golestan Province in 2015
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Objective: job satisfaction is defined as individual’s interest rate to their jobs. One of the aspects of that job satisfaction is also ignore, its relationship with the staff's health. The current index system study evaluated job satisfaction in the industrial slaughterhouse workers of a company in one of the provinces of the North of Iran and reviews their general wellness, the relationship between job satisfactions with the level of public wellness examined the data. Material and Methods: A number of 85 people were selected randomly in this descriptive cross-sectional study at slaughterhouses in the year 1393. To check the public wellness of the GHQ-28 questionnaire and to check the index of job satisfaction JDI questionnaire was used. In order to analyze the results of the methods of descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, and frequency), Pearson correlation coefficient and t-test is used. In this study, SPSS software was used for statistical analysis (V 20). Results: The results indicated that, none of workers’ public wellness was entitled to favorable and average total job satisfaction index has been down the workers. Between job satisfaction and public wellness of workers, a significant correlation has been seen. As well as between the average jobs satisfaction in both men and women, married and unmarried, and in both groups showed significant differences existed. Conclusion: According to the results of the recommended guidelines for public wellness of workers increase the level of increase will be considered. As well as to increase job satisfaction and better working conditions to improve public health and financial income of workers increased.
