عنوان فارسی ملاحظات بازنگری در محتوی آموزشی بهداشت محیط: یک نظر سنجی از اساتید رشته
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه و هدف: نظام آموزشی هر کشور متناسب با نیازهای جامعه دچار تحولات اساسی می شود. نیاز به تحولات در نظام سلامت و آموزش پزشکی و سایر علوم مرتبط از جمله سلامت محیط زیست (بهداشت محیط) در سال های اخیر در کشور نمود بیشتری پیدا کرده است. در مطالعه حاضر بازنگری در محتوی آموزشی در حوزه سلامت محیط زیست و پاسخ به سؤالات اساسی مرتبط، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روش‌ کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-مقطعی بوده که در سطح کشور با مشارکت اساتید رشته بهداشت محیط مورد ارزیابی کلان قرار گرفت. در طی تحقیق 78 نفر از اساتید محترم بهداشت محیط مشارکت نموده و جهت اخذ نظرات ایشان چک لیستی تهیه شده و نظرسنجی به عمل آمد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-22 انجام گردید. برای مقایسه حیطه های مختلف از آزمون فریدمن استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج حاصل از نظرسنجی انجام شده، 3/69 درصد از اساتید بر این باور بودند که محتوی آموزشی رشته بهداشت محیط در ایران با کشورهای توسعه یافته دارای تفاوت های اساسی است. 8/89 درصد از اساتید محترم اعتقاد داشتند که جنبه ها و شرایط بهداشت محیط در کشور در مقایسه با سال اول تعریف محتویات و کوریکولوم رشته بهداشت محیط، دارای تفاوت های قابل توجهی است. 2/96 درصد از اساتید محترم بهداشت محیط کشور بر این باور بودند که در توانمندی­های مورد انتظار مندرج در کوریکولوم های آموزشی مقاطع مختلف رشته بهداشت محیط بایستی بازنگری به عمل آید. در عین حال 9/85 درصد از اساتید موافق آن بودند که پایش آلاینده های محیطی مؤثر بر سلامت از مهمترین مباحث بهداشت محیط است. نتیجه گیری: بر پایه نظرسنجی به عمل آمده از اساتید دانشکده های بهداشت کشور، با در نظر گرفتن شرایط جدید بهداشت محیط، بازنگری در تعریف بهداشت محیط و محتوی آموزشی آن برای پاسخگویی به نیازهای جامعه ضروری و مفید خواهد بود.

عنوان انگلیسی Considerations for revising the educational content of environmental health: a survey of professors of the field
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction and purpose: The education system of every country is undergoing fundamental changes according to the desires of the society. The need to change in the health system, and medical education and other related sciences, including environmental health, has become more apparent in the country in recent years. In the present study, we investigated the revision of the educational content in the field of environmental health and the answers to the related fundamental questions. Methods: The current study was cross-sectional and has been extensively evaluated at the national level with the participation of professors in the field of environmental health. During the study, 78 respected professors of environmental health participated and a checklist was written and a survey was conducted to gather their opinions. Data analysis was performed using SPSS-22 software. The Friedman test was used to compare different ranges. Results: Based on the survey results, 69.3 percent of the professors believed that the educational content in the field of environmental health in Iran has fundamentally different from that in developed countries. 89.8% of respected professors believed that the aspects and conditions of environmental health in the country have significantly different from the first year of determining the content and curriculum in the field of environmental health. 96.2 percent of respected professors of environmental health in the country believed that the expected abilities contained in the educational curriculum of different levels of the field of environmental health should be revised. At the same time, 85.9 percent of the professors agreed that the monitoring of environmental pollutants that affect health is one of the most important issues in environmental health. Conclusion: Based on the survey conducted among professors of health faculty in the country, considering the new conditions of environmental health, the revision of the definition of environmental health and its educational content to meet the needs of society will be necessary and useful.
