عنوان فارسی	بررسی رابطه بین گرایش به تفکر انتقادی و جهت‌گیری هدف پیشرفت با ویژگی‌های کارآفرینی در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آبادان

چکیده فارسی مقاله	مقدمه و هدف: تفکر انتقادی و جهت‌گیری هدف پیشرفت در رشد ویژگی‌های کارآفرینی دانشجویان تاثیرگذارند. از این رو این مطالعه با هدف بررسی رابطه بین گرایش به تفکر انتقادی و جهت‌گیری هدف پیشرفت با ویژگی‌های کارآفرینی در دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آبادان انجام شد. روش کار: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آبادان در سال 1401بودند. تعداد 139 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند.ابزار های پژوهش شامل سه پرسشنامه گرایش به تفکر انتقادی، جهت گیری هدف پیشرفت و سنجش ویژگی های کارآفرینی بودند. به منظور تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی(میانگین و انحراف معیار) و تحلیلی(آزمون های تی-دو نمونه ای(من-ویتنی)، تحلیل واریانس(کراسکال-والیس)، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون یا اسپیرمن) با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS 26 در سطح معنی داری 0.05 استفاده شد. یافته ها : بین متغیرهای ویژگی های کارآفرینی و هدف – پیشرفت ارتباط آماری معناداری مشاهده شد(P-value< 0.001). همچنین بین متغیرهای ویژگی های کارآفرینی و گرایش به تفکر انتقادی ارتباط آماری معناداری مشاهده شد(P-value< 0.001). مولفه های عملکرد-اجتناب( (P-value<0/001و عملکرد-گرایش(0/002= (P-value از متغیر جهت گیری هدف-پیشرفت با مولفه های ویژگی های کارآفرینی، مولفه های درگیری ذهنی( (P-value<0/001و بلوغ شناسی( (P-value<0/001از متغیر گرایش به تفکر انتقادی با ویژگی های کارآفرینی دارای ارتباط آماری معناداری بودند. نتیجه گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد گرایش به تفکر انتقادی و جهت گیری هدف-پیشرفت ارتباط معناداری با ویژگی های کارآفرینی دارد. از این رو دانشجویانی با ویژگی تفکر نقادانه موقعیت های اقتصادی و اجتماعی را به طور خلاقانه تری کشف و پیگیری می نمایند و این شایستگی را دارند که در جهت کشف هدف های کارآفرینی به صورت نوآورانه ایی بهترین و موثرترین راه های موجود را انتخاب نمایند.

عنوان انگلیسی	Investigating the Relationship between the Tendency to Critical Thinking and the Orientation of the Goal of Progress with Entrepreneurial Characteristics in the Students of Abadan University of Medical Sciences

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله	Introduction& Purpose: Critical thinking and the goal orientation of progress are effective in the development of entrepreneurial characteristics of students. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between the tendency to critical thinking and the goal orientation of progress with entrepreneurial characteristics in students of Abadan University of Medical Sciences. Methods: The present study was a descriptive-analytical study. The statistical population of the research was the students of Abadan University of Medical Sciences in 2022. 139 people were selected by random sampling method. The research tools included three questionnaires of tendency to critical thinking, goal orientation of progress and measurement of entrepreneurship characteristics. In order to analyze data from descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and analytical (two-sample t-tests (Mann-Whitney), analysis of variance (Kruskal-Wallis), Pearson or Spearman correlation coefficient) using SPSS software. 26 was used at a significance level of 0.05. Results: A statistically significant relationship was observed between the variables of entrepreneurial characteristics and goal-progress (P-value< 0.001). Also, a statistically significant relationship was observed between the variables of entrepreneurial characteristics and the tendency to think critically (P-value< 0.001). Performance-avoidance components (P-value < 0.001) and performance-orientation (P-value = 0.002) from the goal-progress orientation variable with entrepreneurial characteristics components, mental involvement components (P-value < 0.001) and maturity (P-value < 0.001) from the tendency to critical thinking variable had a statistically significant relationship with entrepreneurial characteristics. Conclusion: The results of this research showed that tendency to critical thinking and goal-progress orientation have a significant relationship with entrepreneurial characteristics. Therefore, students with critical thinking characteristics discover and pursue economic and social situations in a more creative way and have the ability to innovatively choose the best and most effective ways to discover entrepreneurial goals.
