اولویت‌های درمانی والدین کودکان فلج مغزی: یک مرور حوزه‌ای |

مقدمه: فلج مغزی گروهی از اختلالات حرکتی است که به جهت آسیب به یک یا چند ناحیه ی مغز در حال رشد ایجاد می شود. درمانگران از رویکردهای درمانی مختلف برای کودکان فلج مغزی استفاده می کنند که در این راستا توجه به اولویت های والدین این کودکان حائز اهمیت است زیرا بیشترین زمان را با کودک خود سپری کرده و از نیازهای فرزند خود آگاهی کامل دارند. بنابراین، مطالعه ی حاضر، جهت بررسی مستندات مختلف در زمینه اولویت ها و نهایتا رسیدن به نیازهای کودکان فلج مغزی از دیدگاه والدینشان تدوین شده است.
مواد و روش ها: در این مرور حوزه ای، جستجو به زبان انگلیسی و فارسی در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی ،SID PubMed،Scopus ، OT seeker، موتور جستجوی Google Scholar و بانک اطلاعاتی پایان نامه های علوم پزشکی کشور انجام شد. معیارهای ورود شامل مقالاتی بود که موضوع اصلی آن ها اولویت های درمانی والدین کودکان فلج مغزی باشد، به زبان انگلیسی و فارسی بوده و در بازه زمانی سال های 2000 تا 2022 به چاپ رسیده باشند. معیار خروج از مطالعه نیز مطالعات مروری و نگارش به زبانی غیر از انگلیسی و فارسی بود. پس از انتخاب کلید واژه ها و جستجوی سازمان یافته، مطالعات یافت شده با معیارهای ورود و خروج مطابقت داده شد و در نهایت 12 مقاله انتخاب شد.
یافته ها: براساس مرور منابع، والدین کودکان فلج مغزی اولویت های مختلفی دارند. آموزش مراقبت از خود به کودک یکی از مهم ترین اولویت های والدین می باشد که وابسته به سن و سطح کارکرد حرکتی درشت کودکان نیست. از دیگر اولویت های مهم تحرک و همچنین داشتن اطلاعات کامل از خدمات می باشد. به نظر می رسد همه ی اولویت های ذکر شده با هم در ارتباط هستند و توجه به هریک، نیازمند بررسی سایر اولویت ها نیز می باشد.
نتیجه گیری: باتوجه به مطالعات صورت گرفته، می توان گفت که اولویت های والدین کودکان فلج مغزی گسترده ومنحصر به فرد می باشد. همه ی این اولویت ها وابسته به سن و شدت ناتوانی نبوده و باتوجه به هر کودک می تواند متفاوت باشد. در نتیجه توجه به اولویت های درمانی والدین این کودکان در پروسه ی توانبخشی ضروری به نظر می رسد. |

Treatment Priorities of Parents of Children with Cerebral Palsy: A Scoping Review |

Introduction: Cerebral palsy is a group of movement disorders caused by damage to one or more regions of the developing brain. Therapists use different treatment approaches for children with cerebral palsy, in this regard it is important to pay attention to the priorities of the parents of these children because they spend the most time with their children and are fully aware of their needs. Therefore, the present study has been compiled to review various documents in the field of priorities and finally meet the needs of children with cerebral palsy from the perspective of their parents.
Materials and methods: In this scoping review, a search was conducted in English and Persian on the databases SID, PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar search engine, OT seeker and the database of medical theses of the country. The inclusion criteria included articles whose main topic is the treatment priorities of parents of children with cerebral palsy, in English and Persian, and published between 2000 and 2022. The exclusion criteria were review studies and writing in a language other than English and Persian. After selecting the keywords and organized search, the found studies were matched with the inclusion and exclusion criteria and finally 12 articles were selected.
Results: Based on the review of resources, parents of children with cerebral palsy have different priorities. Self-care is one of the most important priorities of parents, which is not dependent on the age and level of the gross motor function of children. Another important priority is mobility and having complete information about services. It seems that all the mentioned priorities are related to each other and paying attention to each one requires checking other priorities as well.
Conclusion: According to the studies, it can be said that the priorities of the parents of children with cerebral palsy are broad and unique. All these priorities are not dependent on the age and severity of disability and can be different according to each child. As a result, it seems necessary to pay attention to the treatment priorities of the parents of these children in the rehabilitation process. |
