اثرات پاندمی بیماریهای واگیر نوظهور بر سالمندان: نگاهی با چرخ آینده |

اهداف: در سناریوی نوظهور پاندمی بیماریهای واگیر، افراد مسن آسیبپذیرترین گروه در معرض خطر ابتلا هستند که مدل چرخ آینده امکان شناخت ابعاد و اثرات مختلف این بیماری‌ها را فراهم می‌کند. لذا این مطالعه با هدف تعیین اثرات مختلف پاندمی بیماریهای واگیر نوظهور بر سالمندان مبتنی بر تجربه کووید-19 با استفاده از مدل چرخ آینده در ایران انجام شده است.
مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه کیفی و خبره محور با استفاده از نسخه دوم چرخ آینده برای شناسایی اثرات پاندمی بیماریهای واگیر نوظهور بر سالمندان در سال 1401 انجام شد. برای جمع آوری و تایید دادهها، از نظرات خبرگان استفاده شد و چرخ آینده در طی سه گام انجام گرفت. ابتدا اثرات با بارش افکار خبرگان کارگروه سالمندی پژوهشکده آینده‌پژوهی در سلامت کرمان استخراج گردید و با روش (STEEP Analysis) در تعامل با سایر کارگروههای این پژوهشکده تحلیل گردیدند. سپس با واقع‌گرایی ادعاها به محک گذاشته شد و در نهایت فرصتها و تهدیدات و افق زمانی تاثیرات با اجماع نظرات خبرگان نهایی گردیدند.
یافته ها: در این مطالعه 81 اثر پاندمی بیماریهای واگیر نوظهور بر سالمندان شناسایی و در 6 بعد اجتماعی-روانی(25 اثر)، فناوری(3 اثر)، اقتصادی(7 اثر)، محیط زیست(1 اثر)، سیاسی(3 اثر) و سلامتی(38) طبقهبندی شدند. همچنین 10فرصت و 9 تهدید ناشی از این جنس پاندمیها بر سالمندان و افق زمانی این تاثیرات مشخص گردید.
نتیجه‌گیری: شیوع بیماریهای واگیر نوظهور اثرات متفاوت و چند بعدی بر سالمندان جهان و بالتبع ایران برجای می‌گذارد که میتوان از تجارب مواجهه با همه‌گیری جهانی کووید-19 بهره گرفت و الزامات و راهکارهای تقابل با موارد مشابه در آینده را مد نظر قرار داد. |

Objectives: In the communicable diseases pandemic, the elderly are the most vulnerable group at risk, and the future wheel model provides the possibility to understand the different dimensions and effects of these disease. The present study aims to determine the different effects of the emerging communicable diseases pandemic on the aged based on the experience of covid-19 using the future wheel model in Iran.
Methods & Materials: In this qualitative study, the second version of the future wheel was used to identify the effects of the emerging communicable diseases pandemic on the aged in 2022, and it was done in three steps as follows. First, the effects were extracted by brain storming method, and then the effects were analyzed with the STEEP Analysis method. In the next step, the claims were tested with realism, and in the consensus step of the future wheel, the opportunities and threats and the time horizon of the effects were finalized by the experts.
Results: In this study, 81 pandemic effects of the emerging communicable diseases on the aged were identified and classified in 6 dimensions of socio-psychological(25effect), technological(3effect), economic(7effect), environmental(1effect), political(3effect), and health(38effect). In addition, 10 opportunities and 9 threats caused by this kind of pandemics on the aged and the time horizon of these effects were determined.
Conclusion: The spread of the emerging communicable diseases such as covid-19 has left multi-dimensional effects on the elderly of the world and of course Iran, which can be learned from the experiences of facing this global epidemic and considered the solutions to deal with similar cases in the future. |
