طراحی الگوی تصمیم گیری اخلاقی مدیران آموزشی مبتنی بر ادعیه امام سجاد علیه السلام در صحیفه سجادیه |

زمینه: ضرورت عملکرد اخلاقی در رهبران آموزشی روشن است اما اینکه چگونه یک رهبر آموزشی در شرایط تصمیم گیری، اخلاق را محور قرار میدهد مشخص نیست. کشورهای اسلامی با داشتن فلسفه منحصر به فرد، به تئوری‌های خاص خود نیاز دارند.
هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف تبیین الگوی تصمیم گیری اخلاقی مبتنی بر آموزه های صحیفه سجادیه طراحی و اجرا گردید.
روش بررسی: در این پژوهش از تحلیل محتوای عرفی استفاده شد. متن کتاب صحیفه کامله سجادیه به طور کامل مطالعه شده و کلیه مفاهیم مرتبط با اخلاق مدیران استخراج گردید. سپس به منطور اطمینان از درک درست معنا به شرح های در دسترس از جمله ریاض السالکین (به عربی) وچندین شرح که در متن به آن پرداخته شده است (به فارسی) مراجعه شد. همچنین جهت اطمینان از صحت و دقت در نتایج از اجماع نظر محققین و ممیزی خارجی استفاده گردید.
یافته ها: الگویی که در این پژوهش به دست آمد دارای سه طبقه اصلی است که هر مدیر باید در اتخاذ هر تصمیم مد نظر قرار بدهد: ضروریات، عوامل تسهیل کننده، عوامل بازدارنده تصمیم گیری اخلاقی. هریک از انها دارای اجرایی است که به هم مرتبط هستند.
نتیجه گیری : بر اساس یافته های این پژوهش متغیر محوری ایمان به حاکمیت مطلق خداوند به عنوان مبنای تصمیم گیری اخلاقی است و عوامل تاثیر گذار که می توانند در طیفی از بازدارندگی تا تسهیل کنندگی قرار بگیرند شامل خصوصیات فردی مدیر، جو سازمانی و فرهنگ جامعه هستند مفاهیمی که از در این مطالعه استخراج شد می تواند مبنایی برای طراحی پرسشنامه های ارزیابی تصمیم گیری برای مدیران قرار گیرد. |

Background: Ethical performance is essential for educational leaders, but the process of ethical decision-making in different contexts is not well understood. Islamic countries, with a distinctive philosophy, require their own theories of ethics.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to explain a model of ethical decision-making based on the teachings of Sahifa Sajjadiyeh, a collection of supplications and moral guidance by Imam Sajjad, the fourth Shia Imam.
Research method: This study used conventional content analysis to examine the text of Sahifa Sajjadiyeh and extract all the concepts related to the ethics of managers. To ensure the accuracy of the interpretation, the researchers consulted various commentaries on the text, such as Riyad al-Salkin (in Arabic) and several Persian explanations. The validity and reliability of the results were also verified by the consensus of researchers and external audit.
Findings: The model derived from this study has three main categories that every manager should consider in every decision: necessities, facilitating factors, and inhibiting factors of ethical decision-making. Each category has subcategories that are interrelated.
Conclusion: According to the findings of this study, the central variable of this model is faith in God's absolute sovereignty as the basis for ethical decision-making. The influencing factors that can range from inhibition to facilitation include the individual characteristics of the manager, organizational atmosphere, and community culture. These concepts can be used to design decision-making evaluation questionnaires for managers. |
