پژوهش حاضر بر روی برنامهریزی، مدیریت و طراحی اردوگاه اسکان موقت و نیز طراحی یک واحد سرپناه موقت در زمین ورزشگاه واقع در دانشگاه شهید بهشتی تمرکز دارد. هدف اصلی ارائه الگوی کالبدی اسکان موقت دانشگاه شهید بهشتی تهران پس از زلزله احتمالی با توجه به شرایط کالبدی و غیرکالبدی منطقه یک و زیرساخت های موجود است. در این راستا شناسایی شاخصهای مورد نیاز طراحی از جمله توجه به اقلیم، حمل و نقل آسان و حریم خصوصی افراد مورد اهمیت بوده به بررسی سیستماتیک محل مناسب اردوگاه، مسائل کلیدی اجتماعی پیرامون مالکیت، انعطاف پذیری، برنامه ریزی مدیریت، استفاده اقتصادی از منابع، تواناییهای فنی و در نهایت طراحی مسکن موقت مناسب می پردازد. این اطلاعات تصویر دانش موجود را افزایش می دهند. در نتیجه هدف از نوع کاربردی می باشد. سیستم فرماندهی سانحه، حمل و نقل، نیاز های بهداشتی-رفاهی و سکونتگاه موقت برای دانشجویان در زمین ورزش دانشگاه طراحی شده است؛ همچنین پیشنهاداتی برای آمادگی در مقابل سانحه ارائه شده است.
در پژوهش از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و از نوع پیمایشی استفاده شده است که با مصاحبه های کیفی با متخصصین و مشاهده میدانی، بررسی اسناد، متون و مدارک مکتوب تخصصی جمع آوری شده و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است. نتایج حاصل، بینشی را در خصوص پروژه های اسکان موقت، حمل و نقل و برپایی آن در شرایط پس از سانحه می دهد و با توجه به مسائل اقتصادی، زیست محیطی و روانی ساکنین، و مواردی همچون مکان یابی نوآورانه، انعطاف پذیری، برنامه ریزی هماهنگ و قابلیت استفاده مجدد و استفاده از سرمایه اجتماعی، به طراحی و ارائه الگوی مدنظر می پردازد. همچنین با استفاده از نتایج پژوهش، امکان گسترش زمینه نتایج برای مطالعات موردی دیگر وجود دارد. |

The current research focuses on the planning, management and design of the temporary accommodation camp as well as the design of a temporary shelter unit in the soccer field located in Shahid Beheshti University. In this research, the main goal is to present the physical model of the temporary accommodation of Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran after a possible earthquake, considering the physical and non-physical conditions of region one and the existing infrastructure. In this regard, it is important to identify the required design indicators, attention to the climate, easy transportation, and privacy of people, and knowledge of industrial infrastructure and technical capabilities related to the construction of shelters should also be considered in this context. result, the goal is practical. The disaster command system, transportation, health-welfare needs and temporary residence for students have been designed in the university football field; There are also suggestions for disaster preparedness.
Method in the research is descriptive-analytical and of a survey type with qualitative interviews with experts and observation, examination of documents, texts and specialized written documents. It will lead to the design of a temporary accommodation model, which is presented as a model. The peace and order of the camp should not be harmed, and for its administration, it is necessary to use the people living in the camp, in the form of the participation of the camp community, also economic, environmental issues, construction materials and techniques, structure, reusability, The method of implementation and collection was noteworthy.
