طراحی و روان سنجی پرسشنامه رضایتمندی از خدمات گفتاردرمانی از راه دور در خانواده‌های کودکان دارای لکنت و اختلال تولید صدای گفتاری در تهران |

مقدمه: بعد از بیماری همه گیر کووید ۱۹ نحوه‌ی ارائه مراقبت‌های سلامتی تغییراتی پیدا کرد و ارائه خدمات سلامت از راه دور گسترش سریعی پیدا کرد و درمان‌های از راه دور در اکثر علوم از جمله گفتاردرمانی بیش از پیش در کل جهان رونق گرفت، با این حال در ایران هنوز هم بسیاری از خانواده‌ها در استفاده از خدمات گفتاردرمانی از راه دور تردید دارند. هدف از این مطالعه، طراحی و روان سنجی پرسشنامه رضایتمندی خانواده‌های کودکان دارای لکنت یا اختلال تولید صدای گفتاری از خدمات گفتاردرمانی از راه دور بود.
روش بررسی: این مطالعه ابزار سازی از نوع روش شناختی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، ۱۴۲والد کودک دارای لکنت و اختلال تولید صدای گفتاری استفاده کننده از خدمات گفتاردرمانی از راه دور ساکن استان تهران در سال ۱۴۰۱ می‌باشند که از طریق نمونه گیری در دسترس انجام گرفت. روایی محتوایی توسط ۱۱ نفر از اساتید و متخصصان گفتاردرمانی، روایی صوری توسط ۱۰ نفر از خانواده‌هایی که از خدمات گفتار درمانی از راه دور استفاده می‌کردند، روایی ساختاری و پایایی (تحلیل عاملی) بر روی نتایج حاصل از تکمیل پرسشنامه توسط ۱۴۲ والد کودک دارای لکنت و اختلال تولید صدای گفتاری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای ارزیابی پایایی از همسانی درونی و تکرارپذیری استفاده شد. جهت بررسی پایایی (تکرارپذیری ابزار) 30 نفر از شرکت کنندگان بعد از دو هفته مجدداً پرسشنامه را تکمیل کردند. تجزیه تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۴ انجام گرفت.
یافته‌ها: میانگین CVR در سوالات پذیرفته شده، 0/903 و میانگین CVI در سوالات پذیرفته شده، 0/935 بدست آمد. نتیجه تحلیل عاملی ۳ عامل اثربخشی، کاربر پسند بودن، مسئولیت پذیری و پاسخ گویی درمانگر را نشان داد که در کل 57/1 درصد کل واریانس را تبیین کردند. ضریب الفای کرونباخ کل پرسشنامه 0/94 و سه عامل از 0/7 بیشتر شد. مقدار ICC برای هر سه عامل و کل پرسشنامه بیشتر از 0/9 بود.
نتیجه گیری: یافته های این تحقیق حاکی از آن است که پرسشنامه رضایت خانواده‌ها از خدمات گفتاردرمانی از راه دور، یک پرسشنامه با روایی (صوری، محتوایی و ساختاری) و پایایی(همسانی درونی و تکرارپذیری) قابل قبول است. گفتاردرمانگرانی که از راه دور فعالیت دارند می‌توانند از طریق این پرسشنامه رضایت خانواده‌های کودک دارای لکنت یا اختلال تولید صدای گفتاری را مورد ارزیابی قرار دهند و خانواده‌ها نیز می‌توانند از طریق آن ارزشیابی دقیق تری راجع به جلسات از راه دور داشته باشند. |

Designing and Psychometric Properties of Satisfaction Questionnaire for Tele Speech Therapy Services in Families of Children with Stuttering and Speech Sound Disorder in Tehran |

Introduction: After the Covid-19 pandemic the way of providing health care has changed and the provision of telehealth services has expanded rapidly, and telemedicine in most sciences, including speech therapy, has become more and more popular throughout the world. However, in Iran, many families still hesitate to use tele speech. The purpose of this study was to design and psychometrically evaluate the satisfaction questionnaire of families of children with stuttering or speech sound disorder from tele speech therapy services.
Method: This study is a methodological tool making study. The statistical population of the research consists of 142 parents of children with stuttering and speech sound disorder who use tele speech therapy services living in Tehran province in 2022, which was done through available sampling. Content validity by 11 speech therapy professors and specialists, face validity by 10 families who used tele speech therapy services, structural validity and reliability (factor analysis) was evaluated on the results of completing the questionnaire by 142 parents of children with stuttering and speech sound disorders. Internal consistency and reproducibility were used to assess reliability. To check the reliability (reproducibility of the tool), 30 participants completed the questionnaire again after two weeks. Data analysis was done using SPSS software version 24.
Results: The average CVR in accepted questions was 0.903 and the average CVI in accepted questions was 0.935. The result of the factor analysis showed 3 factors of effectiveness, user-friendliness, responsibility and responsiveness of the therapist, which explained 57.1% of the total variance. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the whole questionnaire was 0.94 and three factors exceeded 0.7. The ICC value for all three factors and the entire questionnaire was greater than 0.9.
Conclusion: The findings of this research indicate that the questionnaire of families' satisfaction with tele speech therapy services is an acceptable questionnaire with validity (face, content and structure) and reliability (internal consistency and repeatability). Tele speech therapists can use this questionnaire to evaluate the satisfaction of families with children who stuttering or have a speech sound disorder, and families can use it to make a more accurate evaluation of remote sessions. |
