پیشگیری از خودکشی در نوجوانان ایرانی؛ مروری قلمرونگر |

مقدمه: پیگیری، پیشگیری و درمان خودکشی در سنین کودکی و نوجوانی، با توجه به افزایش میزان خطر خودکشی با افزایش سن امری ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. هدف از مطالعه مروری حاضر، بررسی عوامل خطر و محافظتی خودکشی و مداخلات روانشناختی به منظور پیشگیری از خودکشی در نوجوانان ایرانی می‌باشد.
روش: نتایج این مطالعه با بررسی و مقایسۀ مقالات چاپ‌شده معتبر داخلی و خارجی بدست آمده است. با جستجوی کلیدواژه‌های «خودکشی»، «نوجوان»، «دانش‌آموز» و «ایران» و معادل انگلیسی آن‌ها، در بانک‌های اطلاعاتی ایرانی و خارجی از جمله : Ensani، SID، Magiran، noormags، Google Scholar، Scopus،PubMed ، sciencedirect کلیۀ مقالات مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. با حذف مطالعات تکراری و غیرمرتبط، 48 مقالۀ دارای معیارهای ورود به مطالعه، مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: مطالعات در دو حیطۀ 1) بررسی عوامل محافظتی و عوامل خطر یا زمینه‌ساز متغیرهای مرتبط با خودکشی و 2) مداخلات روانشناختی به منظور پیشگیری از خودکشی دسته‌بندی شدند. عوامل زمینه‌ساز خودکشی در دو گروه عوامل فردی و زمینه ای قرار می‌گیرد. همچنین مدلی از عوامل مرتبط با افکار و رفتار خودکشی در نوجوانان ترسیم شد که رفتار خودکشی را در نتیجه تعامل عوامل رشدی، روانشناختی، محیطی، خانوادگی و اجتماعی-فرهنگی نشان می‌دهد.
بحث: بر اساس یافته‌های این مطالعه، با توجه به اثربخشی مداخلات روانشناختی در مطالعات به منظور کاهش خودکشی، تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی با کاهش میزان و شیوع افکار و رفتار خودکشی منتج به ارتقا و بهبود سلامت عمومی افراد جامعه خواهد شد؛ امری که بر لزوم توجه به آن در سنین ابتدایی مدرسه در کودکان و نوجوانان تأکید می‌شود. |

Prevention of suicide in Iranian teenagers; A scoping review |

Intorduction: Follow-up, prevention and treatment of the problem of suicide in childhood and adolescence, considering the increase in the risk of suicide with age, seems necessary. The purpose of this review study is to investigate the risk and protective factors of suicide and psychological interventions to prevent suicide in Iranian adolescents.
Methods: The results of this study have been obtained by reviewing and comparing authentic domestic and foreign published articles. By searching the keywords "suicide", "adolescent", "student" and "Iran" and its equivalent in English, in Iranian and foreign databases such as: Ensani, SID, Magiran, noormags, Google Scholar, Scopus, PubMed, sciencedirect. Articles were reviewed. By removing duplicate and unrelated studies, 48 articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed.
Findings: The studies were categorized in two areas of investigating protective factors and risk factors or underlying variables related to suicide and psychological interventions in order to prevent suicide. The underlying factors of suicide are placed in two groups of individual and background factors. Also, a model of factors related to suicidal thoughts and behavior in adolescents was drawn, which shows suicidal behavior as a result of the interaction of developmental, psychological, environmental, family and socio-cultural factors.
Discussin: Based on the findings of this study, considering the effectiveness of psychological interventions in studies to reduce suicide, developing and implementing educational programs by reducing the amount and prevalence of suicidal thoughts and behavior will lead to the promotion and improvement of public health and public health; A matter that emphasizes the need to pay attention to it in children and teenagers at the elementary school age. |
