تحلیل روند موضوعی تولیدات علمی پژوهشگران ایرانی در زمینه هوش مصنوعی در علوم پزشکی: مطالعه علم‌سنجی |

هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی و تحلیل تولیدات علمی پژوهشگران ایرانی در حوزه هوش مصنوعی در علوم پزشکی انجام شده است.
روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع کاربردی و با استفاده از فنون کتاب سنجی و ترسیم شبکه های همکاری علمی در جهت ارزیابی تولیدات علمی پژوهشگران ایرانی در حوزه هوش مصنوعی و علوم پزشکی انجام شده است. داده‌های مورد استفاده شامل تولیدات علمی مربوطه در پایگاه اطلاعات علمی WOSCC بوده است. از پکیج نرم افزاری Bilbiometrix زبان برنامه نویس R و محیط گرافیکی Biblioshiny جهت تحلیل داده ها استفاده شده است.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که تولیدات علمی در حوزه هوش مصنوعی در علوم پزشکی در ایران از سال 2015 به بعد به‌طور قابل‌توجهی افزایش یافته است، که این روند در سال‌های 2023 و 2024 به اوج خود رسیده است. شبکه همکاری علمی میان پژوهشگران ایرانی پراکنده است و کشورهای ایالات متحده، چین وکانادا بیشترین همکاری‌های بین‌المللی را با پژوهشگران ایرانی داشته‌اند. تحلیل موضوعی نشان داد که موضوعات اساسی مانند "یادگیری ماشین" و "یادگیری عمیق" به‌عنوان پایه و اساس تحقیقات در مطالعات مطرح هستند، همچنین اخیراً موضوعات نوظهور مانند "پزشکی شخصی‌سازی شده" و "بهینه‌سازی سراسری" توجهات بیشتری را به خود جلب کرده‌اند.
نتیجه‌گیری: ارتقای تحقیقات در حوزه هوش مصنوعی و علوم پزشکی در ایران، نیازمند تقویت همکاری‌های علمی داخلی و بین‌المللی است، همچنین تمرکز بر موضوعات دارای پتانسیل بالا، و بهره‌گیری از تکنیک‌های پیشرفته و بروز هوش مصنوعی در حوزه علوم پزشکی می تواند موجب ارتقای کمی و کیفی تحقیقات پژوهشگران ایرانی در این زمینه گردد.

Analysis of Thematic Trends in Scientific Publications of Iranian Researchers in Artificial Intelligence for Medical Sciences: A Scientometric Study |

Introduction: The present study aims to examine and analyze the scientific publications of Iranian researchers in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) in medical sciences.
Methods: This applied study employed scientometric techniques and the construction of scientific collaboration networks to evaluate the scientific output of Iranian researchers in the field of AI and medical sciences. The data used in this study comprised relevant scientific publications from the WOSCC database. For data analysis, the Bibliometrix package of the R programming language and the Biblioshiny graphical interface were utilized.
Results: The results showed that the scientific publications in the field of AI in medical sciences in Iran has significantly increased since 2015, reaching its peak in 2023 and 2024. The scientific collaboration network among Iranian researchers is dispersed, with the United States, China, and Canada having the most international collaborations with Iranian researchers. Thematic analysis revealed that fundamental topics such as "machine learning" and "deep learning" are the foundation of research in the field. Additionally, emerging topics such as "personalized medicine" and "global optimization" have recently attracted more attention.
Conclusion: To advance research in the field of AI and medical sciences in Iran, it is essential to strengthen scientific collaborations both nationally and internationally, prioritize high-impact topics, and utilize cutting-edge AI techniques in medical sciences. Adopting this approach can significantly improve the quality and quantity of research output by Iranian researchers in this domain.
