عنوان فارسی ارتباط تست های کبدی و پارامتر های گلبول های قرمز با پیامد بیماران مبتلا به کووید ۱۹ در بیمارستان رازی رشت
چکیده فارسی مقاله vمقدمه:کووید19 طیف وسیعی از علایم را ایجاد کرده است و ارزیابی شدت و عوارض آن بر اساس پارامترهای آزمایشگاهی مورد توجه است. طبق تحقیقات، وجود آنمی و اختلال در تست های عملکرد کبدی با مورتالیتی بیشتر در بیماران کووید همراه است. از جهتی مطالعات در خصوص ارتباط پارامترهای گلبول قرمز و تست های عملکرد کبدی با پیامد بیماران مبتلا به کووید محدود می باشد.  
هدف : این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ارتباط  بین میزان تست های عملکرد کبدی و پارامتر های گلبول های قرمز با پیامد بیماران مبتلا به کووید19 بستری انجام شده است .
مواد وروش ها : این مطالعه به صورت مقطعی تحلیلی در بیماران کووید19 بستری در بیمارستان رازی رشت به عنوان مرکز کرونا در استان گیلان طی سال 1400 انجام شد. اطلاعات بیماران وتست های  آزمایشگاهی AST، ALT، ALKP، PT، Total bilirubin، Hb، HCT، MCV ، پیامد (بهبودی و مرگ)و مدت زمان بستری بیماران ثبت شد. تحلیل داده ها در نرم افزار SPSS انجام شد.
نتایج : تعداد 195 بیمار با میانگین سنی 39/16±92/58 سال بررسی شدند که 4/54% آنها زن بودند. میانگین سن با پیامد بیماری مرتبط بود(001/0>).  Total bilirubin (024/0 =P) و PT (004/0 =P) با پیامد بیماران ارتباط داشت .  همچنین بین Hb (004/0 =P) و  HCT (002/0 =P) با مدت زمان بستری ارتباط معناداری  مشاهده گردید .
نتیجه‏گیری: سن و سطح فاکتورهای Total bilirubin و PT از عوامل مرتبط با مورتالیتی در بیماران فوت شده مبتلا به کووید بود و همچنین کاهش سطح Hb و HCT با افزایش زمان بستری همراه بود.

عنوان انگلیسی The relationship between liver tests and red blood cells parameters with COVID-19 outcome in Razi hospital of Rasht
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction  : The covid-19 has caused a wide range of symptoms, and it is important to evaluate its severity and complications based on laboratory parameters. According to research, the presence of anemia and liver function test disorders are associated with higher mortality rate in patients, but studies regarding the relationship between red blood cell parameter and liver function tests with the outcome of patients with covid-19 are limited.
Objective: This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between liver tests and red blood cells parameters with the outcome of hospitalized patients with covid-19.
Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in the patients of covid-19 hospitalized in the Razi hospital of Rasht as a corona center during the year of 2021. Information of patients and laboratory tests AST, ALT, ALKP, PT, Total bilirubin, Hb, HCT, MCV, outcome) recovery and death) and duration of hospitalization of patients
were recorded. Data analysis was done in SPSS software.
Results: A total of 195 patients with an average age of 58.92±16.39 years were examined, of which 54.4% were women. Mean age was associated with patient outcome (p<0.001). Total bilirubin (p=0.024) and PT (p=0.004), were associated with patient outcomes. Also, there was a significant relationship between Hb and HCT with the length of hospitalization of patients
Conclusion: Age, Total bilirubin and PT were the factors related to mortality in patients who died with covid, and also the decrease of Hb and HCT levels was associated with the increase of hospitalization time.
