تاب‌آوری در دوره بازنشستگی: ارائه الگوی چند سطحی |

مقدمه: تاب‌آوری افراد و گروه‌ها را قادر می‌سازد نه‌تنها هویت خود را در مواجهه با موقعیت‌های غیرمعمول حفظ کنند، بلکه به‌طور بالقوه از چنین موقعیت‌های قوی‌تر بیرون بیایند. تاب‌آوری در ارتباط با گروه‌های مختلفی به کاربرده شده‌است که یکی از آنها بازنشستگان هستند. به‌دلیل ویژگی‌های دوره بازنشستگی همچون از دست‌دادن نقش شغلی و افزایش نیاز به خدمات، توجه به تاب‌آوری در این دوره از زندگی ضروری است. بر این مبنا هدف این پژوهش، طراحی الگوی تاب‌آوری در دوره بازنشستگی است.
روش: این پژوهش کیفی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. استراتژی پژوهش تفسیری و بر مبنای تحلیل مضمون است. جمعیت مطالعه خبرگان حوزه تأمین اجتماعی‌اند که 24 نفر به شیوه نمونه‌گیری گلوله‌برفی و هدفمند انتخاب شده‌است. از روش تحلیل مضمون برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شده‌است.
یافته‌ها: نتایج بیست و دو کد سازمان‌دهنده به‌منظور تاب‌آوری بازنشستگان در یک الگوی سه سطحی کلان، میانه و خرد را نشان‌می‌دهد. در این الگو، بازنشستگی در سطح کلان بازتاب‌دهنده ارزش‌ها و سیاست‌های جامعه در ارتباط با بازنشستگان، شرایط حاکم بر بازار کار و سیاست‌های نهادهای است که آحاد جمعیت را در بر می‌گیرد. در سطح میانه الگو نشان‌دهنده واحدهای رسته‌ای نظیر سازمان‌ها و گروه‌های است که برای پیگیری اهداف معین سامان‌یافته‌اند. سطح خرد الگو، شامل مجموعه از باورها، سبک‌های مقابله‌ای، منابع و پاره‌های از تعامل‌های رودررو در نهادهای خرد و ظرفیت‌های فردی بازنشستگان است.
بحث: به‌منظور پیاده‌سازی و کاربست الگو تاب‌آوری بازنشستگی لازم است سازمان‌های تأمین اجتماعی با دستگاه دیگر ائتلاف و خدمات جامع، کافی و لایه‌بندی شده را برای بازنشستگان فراهم کنند. |

Introduction: Resilience enables individuals and groups to maintain their identity in the face of unusual situations, and potentially makes them stronger in difficult situations. Resilience has been used in relation to different groups, one of which is retirees. Due to the characteristics of the retirement period, such as losing the job role and increasing the need for services, it is necessary to pay attention to resilience in this period of life. Based on this subject, the aim of this research is to design a pattern of resilience in the retirement period.
Method: This research is qualitative and practical in terms of purpose. The research strategy is interpretive. The study population is social security experts, 24 of whom were selected by purposive and snowball sampling. Thematic analysis method was used to analyze the data.
Findings: The results of twenty-two organizing codes show the resilience of retirees in a three-level pattern of macro, mezzo and micro. In this pattern, retirement at the macro level reflects the values and policies of society in relation to retirees, the prevailing conditions in the labor market, and the policies of institutions that include members of the population. At the mezzo level, the pattern shows the rank units such as organizations and groups that are organized to pursue specific goals. The micro level of the pattern includes a set of beliefs, coping styles, resources and parts of face-to-face interactions in micro institutions and individual capacities of retirees.
Discussion: In order to implement and applying the pattern of retirement resilience, it is necessary for social security organizations to provide comprehensive, adequate and layered services to retirees in alliance with other institutions. |
