ارزیابی مداخلات انجام شده در زمینه آموزش تربیت جنسی. یک مطالعه مروری |

زمینه و هدف: آموزش تربیت جنسی از ابعاد مهم برنامه آموزشی کودکان می باشد که به عنوان چالشی مهم برای والدین شناحته شده است و این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی مداخلات انجام شده برای آموزش تربیت جنسی در ایران انجام شده است.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه مروری سیستماتیک، مقالات مرتبط از پایگاه های اطلاعات اصلی Scopus، Proquest، PubMed، Science Direct، Springer Biomed Central و از پایگاه های فارسی شامل بانک اطلاعات مقالات علوم پزشکی ایران، پایگاه اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی و با استفاه از کلید واژه های تربیت جنسی، آموزش، مداخله آموزشی، والدین، کودکان، در بازه زمانی سال 2014 تا 2024 در کشور ایران و به دو زبان فارسی و انگلیسی جستجو و مورد بررسی قرار گرفته اند.
یافتهها: از 9400 مقاله یافته شده 21 مقاله تجربی و نیمه تجربی انتخاب و موردبررسی قرارگرفتهاند. مداخلات انجامشده در مطالعهها شامل جلسات آموزشی، آموزش غیرمجازی، بسته آموزشی، آموزش چندرسانهای و استفاده از وسایل کمکآموزشی بوده است، متغیرهای اندازهگیری شده در مطالعات؛ دانش، نگرش و عملکرد درزمینه تربیت جنسی بوده و آموزش در همه متغیرها تأثیر مثبت داشته است.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج بهدستآمده از مطالعههای موردبررسی نشان داد؛ مداخله آموزشی در رابطه باتربیت جنسی مؤثر و آموزش برای والدین بهخصوص مادران حائز اهمیت میباشد.

Evaluation of the interventions made in the field of sex education. A review study |

Introduction: Sex education is one of the important aspects of children's educational programs, which has been recognized as an important challenge for parents, and this study was conducted with the aim of evaluating interventions for sex education in Iran.
Materials and methods: In this systematic review, related articles from the main databases of Scopus, Proquest, PubMed, Science Direct, Springer Biomed Central, and from Persian databases including the database of Iranian medical science articles, the scientific information database of Jihad Daneshgahi and using the key The words sex education, education, educational intervention, parents, children, have been searched and investigated from 2014 to 2024 in Iran and both Persian and English languages.
Results: Out of 9400 articles found, 21 experimental and semi-experimental articles were selected and analyzed. The interventions carried out in the studies included training sessions, non-virtual training, training packages, multimedia training, and the use of educational aids, the variables measured in the studies; Knowledge, attitude, and performance in the field of sexual education and education had a positive effect on all variables.
Conclusion: The results from the reviewed studies showed that educational intervention related to effective sex education and training for parents, especially mothers, is important.
