بررسی ارتباط سلامت معنوی و انسجام روانی با امید به آینده کاری دانشجویان علوم پزشکی |

مقدمه: یکی از مهم ترین مراحل زندگی، دوران دانشجویی است که با تغییرات بسیاری در زندگی اجتماعی ، خانوادگی و فردی همراه است. در این مطالعه به بررسی ارتباط سلامت معنوی و انسجام روانی با امید به آینده کاری دانشجویان علوم پزشکی فردوس پرداخته شده است.
روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی – تحلیلی است که170 نفر از دانشجویان علوم پزشکی شهر فردوس در سال 1402 به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای چند مرحله ای مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه های استاندارد امید به اشتغال، احساس انسجام فلسنبرگ (2006) و سلامت معنوی پولوتزین و الیسون (1982)جمع آوری شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS ورژن 16 با سطح معناداری 05/0استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: سلامت معنوی و انسجام روانی دانشجویان در حد متوسط و امید به آینده شغلی در حد بالا بود. بین سلامت معنوی و انسجام روانی ارتباط مثبت و معنادار بود .( 05/0 p<). از طرفی بین امید به اینده کاری با انسجام روانی و سلامت معنوی ارتباط مثبت و معناداری یافت شد بالاترین میزان امید به آینده شغلی متعلق به دانشجویان رشته فوریت های پزشکی همچنین بالاترین میزان انسجام روانی متعلق به دانشجویان رشته اتاق عمل بود .
نتیجه گیری: از انجایی که امید به اینده کاری در دانشجویان از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است و در افزایش انسجام روانی و سلامت معنوی تاثیر مستقیم دارد. پیشنهاد می شود خانواده ها و مسئولان مربوطه آموزش های لازم جهت افزایش این دو فاکتور مهم را در دستور کار خود قرار دهند.

Background & Objective: One of the most important stages of life is the student period of graduating associated with various changes. In this study, the relationship between spiritual health and psychological coherence with hope for the future career of Ferdows medical students is investigated.
Methods: This is a descriptive-analytical study in which some of the medical students of Ferdows University is studied by a multi-stage stratified random sampling method. Data was collected using standard questionnaires of hope for employment, sense of coherence of Felsenberg (2006), and spiritual health of Polotzin and Ellison (1982). To analyze the data, SPSS version 16 software is used with a significance level of 0/05.
Results: The spiritual health and psychological coherence of the students were average and the hope for the future career was high. There was a positive and significant relationship between spiritual health and psychological coherence (p<0/05). However, a positive and significant relationship was found between hope for the future career, psychological cohesion, and spiritual health, and psychological cohesion was a predictor of spiritual health. Also, the psychological cohesion of male and married students was higher than that of single and female students.
Conclusion: Since hope for the future of work in students is of particular importance and has a direct effect on increasing psychological coherence and spiritual health, it is suggested that the families and relevant officials put the necessary training to improve these two important factors in their agenda.
