وضعیت زندگی بازماندگان زلزله بم |

نظر به اهمیت کمک‌رسانی به‌موقع و مداخله فوری بلافاصله پس از بروز بلاهای طبیعی به‌ویژه حوادثی که با خسارت‌ها و تلفات جانی گسترده همراه هستند؛ و نیز ضرورت اقدامات کوتاه و بلند مدت، در پیش‌گیری از پیامدهای زیان‌بار روان‌شناختی و اجتماعی ناشی از این‌گونه حوادث، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی وضعیت زندگی بازماندگان زمین‌لرزه بم و میزان رضایت آن‌ها از اقدامات صورت‌گرفته در چند هفته پس از بروز زمین‌لرزه یاد شده انجام شده است. در این پژوهش که از نوع زمینه‌یابی است به منظور ارزیابی وضعیت زندگی خانواده‌ها و سنجش نیازهای آنان، با 363 تن از سرپرست خانوارها (203 زن و 160 مرد)، مصاحبه‌هایی مکالمه‌گونه به عمل آمد که افراد به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای ـ تصادفی از میان کل بازماندگان ساکن در چادرهای نصب شده در شهرستان بم انتخاب شده بودند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها یک پرسش‌نامه چهار بخش (الف: ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی؛ ب: وضعیت محل زندگی؛ ج: وضعیت روانی ـ اجتماعی؛ د: نظر افراد درباره کمک‌های دریافتی) و پرسش‌نامه‌ای دیگر که دارای 6 پرسش آزاد (درباب بازسازی منطقه آسیب‌دیده، مدیریت افراد محلی و افراد غیربومی، همچنین افراد دولتی) به کار برده شد. داده‌های گردآوری شده به کمک روش‌های آمار توصیفی تحلیل و ارائه شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که بیش‌ترین درصد افراد شرکت‌کننده در این بررسی، در گروه سنی 21-30 سال قرار داشتند و متأهل، دارای تحصیلات متوسطه و خانه‌دار بودند. درصد بالایی از آن‌ها از نظر دسترسی به امکانات و تسهیلات اولیه نظیر آب سالم بهداشتی، مواد غذایی، وسایل پخت‌وپز، دست‌شویی و توالت، صابون و مواد پاک‌کننده بهداشتی، وسایل خواب و چادر محل اقامت رضایت نداشتند و با رضایتی در حد متوسط داشتند. همچنین بسیاری از افراد این بررسی، از نظر امکانات آموزشی، فرهنگی، شغلی و تفریحی دچار مشکلات و محدودیت‌های جدی بودند به طوری که درصد بالایی از آنان هیچ‌گونه دسترسی به روزنامه، کتاب و دوره‌های آموزشی نداشته و فاقد برنامه‌های مربوط به فعالیت‌هایی بدنی و اجتماعی بوده‌اند. افزایش مشکلات روانی ـ رفتاری پس از بروز حادثه یاد شده و میزان سوء‌مصرف مواد از یافته‌های دیگر این بررسی بوده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان‌دهنده اهمیت توجه به وضعیت زندگی بازماندگان و فراهم کردن هرچه بیشتر امکانات اولیه زندگی و نیز تسهیلات آموزشی، فرهنگی، تفریحی، خدمات بهداشتی، بهداشت روانی و بالاتر از آن امکانات شغلی و ایجاد کار است. |

An Investigation about the Living Conditions of Bam Earthquake Survivals |

Considering this fact that natural disasters especially those ones that are followed by heavy damages and human loses demand an immediate interference and necessity of taking short term and long term steps to prevent socio-psychological damaging effects which are the consequences of such disasters. This research investigates the living conditions of Bam earthquake survivals and their satisfaction of the supports and aids sent to the area after the earthquake. This research which is done according to field method, tries to assess the living conditions of 363 family members (203 females and 160 males). Who are chosen with cluster sampling out of the total survivals of the earthquake and lived in tents. The results were achieved by doing a survey that included a questionnaire divided into four parts A: anthropological characters B: conditions of living area. C: socio-mental conditions D: People comments about the aids and consisted of 6 questions relating to reconstructions of quake hit area local and other people management and the government sectors roles. The collected-data was analysed with statistical methods. According to the results most of the participants in this research are 21-30 years old whom married with high school education and housewives the vast majority of them were displeased with the lack of facilities such as drinking water food cooking equipments toilets detergents materials tent and sleeping equipments and their residing area. Most of them complained about the education and entertainment limitations or shortage so that most of them had no access to newspaper or books or training courses of any kind such as physical equipments and facilities. An increasing rate in behavioral-mental disorders after the quake and abusing narcotic drugs were among the findings too. All the findings mentioned in this research claim an immediate attention to the survivals and providing them whit the basic living facilities such as educational and health ones and the most important of all job opportunities. |
