شناسایی و اولویت بندی شاخص های عملکرد زیست محیطی در بیمارستان ها با استفاده از فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی |

مقدمه و هدف: امروزه محیط زیست شهری به شدت آسیب پذیر گشته و از جانب تاسیسات شهری مورد تهدید قرار گرفته است. یکی از این مراکز که پتانسیل بالایی در تهدید محیط زیست دارد مراکز درمانی است. از طرف دیگر، با توجه به اینکه آگاهی های زیست محیطی در بخش بهداشت و درمان نسبتا کم بوده و تعداد کمی از این سازمان ها عملکرد زیست محیطی خود را ارزیابی کرده اند لذا این موضوع بیش از پیش اهمیت پیدا کرده است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر عملکرد زیست محیطی در بیمارستانها می باشد. روش کار: به منظور تعیین عوامل موثر بر عملکرد زیست محیطی مراکز درمانی ابتدا لیست کاملی از عوامل تعیین کننده عملکرد زیست محیطی مراکز درمانی تهیه و در قالب معیارها، زیرمعیارها و شاخص ها تنظیم گردید. سپس بر اساس روش دلفی فازی اصلاحات مورد نیاز در آن ها انجام شد. همچنین با استفاده از روش AHP فازی عوامل شناسایی شده اولویت بندی گردید و روش TOPSIS فازی نیز به منظور انجام راستی آزمایی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. یافتهها: در این پژوهش 6 معیار ، 22 زیرمعیار و 48 شاخص تعیین و اولویت بندی گردید. معیار مدیریت پسماند با وزن 30/0 در اولویت اول و معیار مدیریت منابع فیزیکی و ذینفعان با وزن 03/0 در اولویت اخر قرار گرفت. همجنین نتایج به دست آمده از انجام راستی آزمایی نیز اقدامات صورت گرفته را تایید نمود. نتیجه گیری: با شناسایی عوامل موثر بر عملکرد زیست محیطی بیمارستانها می توان وضعیت عملکرد زیست محیطی آن ها را تعیین و اقدامات مورد نیاز جهت بهبود شاخص ها و دستیابی به شرایط مطلوب تر را تدوین نمود. |

Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process Approach to Identify and Prioritize Environmental Performance Indicators in Hospitals |

Introduction and Purpose: Being threatened by various facilities in a city, modern urban environments have become extremely vulnerable and fragile. Healthcare centers and clinics are among potentially high-risk facilities. Environmental awareness is relatively lacking in the health sector with few organizations measuring their performance. Therefore, the issue is exceedingly important. This paper aims to identify and prioritize factors that influence environmental performance in healthcare centers. Methods: To identifing factors that influence environmental performance in healthcare centers a comprehensive review of literature was performed to compile a list of criteria, sub-criteria, and indicators of environmental performance in healthcare centers. The list was then adjusted by experts in the field using the fuzzy Delphi method and prioritized using fuzzy analytical hierarchy process. In order to verify the results, fuzzy technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution was also applied. Results: In this paper 6 criteria, 22 sub-criteria, and 48 indicators, were identified and prioritized using fuzzy analytical hierarchy process. Among the criteria of environmental performance in healthcare centers, solid waste management had the highest weight (0.30) while management of physical resources and stakeholders had the lowest (0.03).Therefore to verify the weights and priorities assigned to the factors influencing environmental performance, the factors were once again rated by experts based on the criteria of specificity, measurability, availability, being realistic, and time-related. FAHP and fuzzy TOPSIS resulted in the same prioritization of the factors. Therefore, the results obtained from FAHP are acceptable. Conclusion: Using appropriate criteria together with appropriate techniques can identify environmental performance and serve to improve environmental idicators in healthcare centers. |
