راهبرد توسعه اقتصادی مبتنی بر میراث فرهنگی |

در سال‌های اخیر تفکر جهانی در مورد میراث فرهنگی تغییرات قابل توجهی داشته‌است. بطوری‌که میراث فرهنگی و منابع میراث باستان‌شناختی را به عنوان یک منبع اقتصادی مهم به رسمیت شناخته‌اند. متأسفانه در کشور ما، با وجود غنا و ارزش‌های بی‌بدیل میراث‌فرهنگی؛ راهبرد مشخصی برای بهره‌بردای اقتصادی از میراث‌فرهنگی مشاهده نمی‌شود. هدف این مقاله انتقاد به وضعیت موجود مبنی بر عدم از استفاده از ظرفیت-های اقتصادی عظیم میراث فرهنگی کشور در قالب اقتصاد فرهنگی و مقاومتی است. در این مقاله؛ مدیریت میراث فرهنگی، حوزه‌ی شمول میراث فرهنگی و راهکارهای توسعه اقتصادی مبتنی بر میراث فرهنگی از دیدگاه صاحب نظران باستان‌شناسی ایران، مطالعه شده‌است. روش این تحقیق پیمایشی بوده که از پرسشنامه برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات استفاده شده‌است. متخصصان باستان‌شناسی ایران موافق با رهیافت «اقتصادی کردن میراث فرهنگی» هستند. ارزیابی نظرات آنان نشان می‌دهد که آنها با تمامی مولفه‌های اقتصادی‌کردن میراث فرهنگی موافق بوده و داده‌های آماری بدست آمده قابل تعمیم به جامعه آماری متخصصان میراث‌فرهنگی کشور با سطح اطمینان 99 درصد می‌باشد. بهره‌برداری اقتصادی از میراث فرهنگی قطعا در راستای راهبرد‌های « اقتصاد‌مقاومتی» مقام معظم رهبری و مصداق رویکرد استفاده از تمامی ظرفیت‌ها برای توسعه اقتصادی کشور است . |

Abstract Recent years have seen significant changes in global thinking about cultural heritage. So that cultural heritage and archaeological heritage resources has been recognized as an economic resource. Unfortunately, not seen specific strategy in our country with have unmatched richness and value of cultural heritage. The purpose of this article is a critique of the Cultural Heritage Status in my country. Unfortunately doesn't be Exploitation of cultural heritage in the form of resistive and cultural economy. This paper reviews the theoretical foundations of the economy and cultural heritage, the need for the development of entrepreneurship in the field of cultural heritage and to analysis the opinions of archeology experts in this field. The research method is the survey and a questionnaire was used to collect data. Iranian archaeological experts agree with "the economic approach in the cultural heritage" and surveys shows that experts agree with all the questions on the economic components in the cultural heritage and the obtained statistical data can be generalized to the target population of postgraduate in the archeology with confidence level of 99 percent.
