عوامل مرتبط با رضایت زناشویی در پرستاران |

چکیده مقدمه: رضایت زناشویی مولفه‌ای مهم است که به زندگی مشترک معنی می‌بخشد. افزایش رضایت زناشویی باعث افزایش سلامت جسمی، روانی، پیشرفت اقتصادی، رضایت شغلی و رضایت از کل زندگی می‌شود و با توجه به این‌که پرستاران به سبب رویارویی با عوامل تنش‌زای مختلف در محل کار در معرض مستقیم و غیرمستقیم آسیب‌های جسمی و روانشناختی متعدد قرار دارند تعیین رضایت زناشویی و عوامل مرتبط به آن می‌تواند در ارتقا و بهره‌وری این نیروی سترگ انسانی مهم باشد.. هدف: بررسی عوامل مرتبط با رضایت زناشویی پرستاران شاغل در مراکز آموزشی- درمانی شهر رشت مواد و روش‌ها: نمونه‌گیری در سال1391 از 500 پرستار متاهل شاغل در 8 مرکز آموزشی درمانی شهر رشت به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای انجام شد. اطلاعات باپرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی اینریچ و پرسشنامه عوامل فردی- اجتماعی گرد‌آوری شد و با استفاده از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی و آزمون‌های آمار استنباطی (آزمون پیرسون، آزمون آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه، آزمون تی مستقل) تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج: بیشتر واحدهای مورد پژوهش (6/61%) رضایت زناشویی نسبی داشتند. بین میزان رضایت زناشویی با سن (002/0P=)، سن همسر (001/0P=)، پیشینه کار (0001/0P=)، تعداد فرزندان (001/0P=)، میزان درآمد (002/0P=)، بخش محل خدمت (0001/0P=)، نوبت کاری (003/0P=) و وضعیت استخدامی (0001/0P=) ارتباط آماری معنی‌دار وجود داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این مطالعه نشانگر نسبی بودن رضایت زناشویی پرستاران و تاثیر نوبت‌کاری به عنوان یک متغیر تاثیر‌گذار بر آن بوده است. با توجه به اهمیت نگهداری کانون خانواده به نظر می‌رسد باید راه‌کارهایی برای ارتقای رضایت زناشویی ارائه داده و با در نظر گرفتن مسایل مربوطه سختی‌های شغلی آنان نیز بر داشته شود. |

Effective Factors on the Marital Satisfaction in Nurses |

Abstract Introduction: Marital satisfaction is an important component of married life that gives it meaning and identity. Increased marital satisfaction can improve physical health, psychological, economic development, job satisfaction and overall life satisfaction. Since nurses working under different stressful factors are exposed to more direct and indirect harmful physical and psychological conditions, determination of the extent of marital satisfaction helps improve the efficiency of this human force. Objective: This study has been done to determine of effective factors on the marital satisfaction in nurses at health centers in Rasht city Materials and Methods: In this study, 500 working married nurses at 8 Learning Centers and hospitals in Rasht were selected using stratified random sampling. Data were collected using ENRICH marital satisfaction questionnaire for demographic data and using 16 spss they were analyzed by Descriptive and inferential statistical tests (Independent t test, Oneway Anova, Pearson's test, Regression Logostic Ordinal Model). Results: Most subjects (61/6%) had relative marital satisfaction. Between marital satisfaction and age (P=0/002), age consort (P=0/001), job history (P=0/0001), personal income (P=0/002), the place of service (P=0/0001), shift work, employment status (P=0/0001) number children (P=0/001) there was a significant relationship. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate relative marital satisfaction of nurses with shift work as an effective variable. Given the importance of preserving the family, it seems that focus on the strategies for improving job satisfaction and consideration of hard working condition could be helpful. |
