عنوان فارسی عوامل مرتبط با تمایل دانشجویان پزشکی در انتخاب رشته تخصصی
چکیده فارسی مقاله چکیده مقدمه : انتخاب رشته تخصصی در دانشجویان پزشکی موضوعی بسیار مهم است. وضعیت اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی افراد، از عواملی هستند که بر انتخاب رشته تخصصی تاثیر می‌گذارند. هدف: تعیین عوامل مرتبط بر تمایل دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گیلان در انتخاب رشته تخصصی مواد و روش‌ها: نمونه‌گیری این مطالعه مقطعی به‌صورت سرشماری انجام شد و همه دانشجویان ترم دوم پزشکی کارآموزان سال اول، دوم و کارورزان در سال تحصیلی91-90 با استفاده از پرسشنامه تعدیل شده( AHP) Analytic Hierarchy Process بررسی شدند. اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده شامل ویژگی‌های دموگرافی، سه رشته تخصصی مورد علاقه به ترتیب نخستینگی و عوامل مرتبط با این انتخاب بودند. اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده با نرم‌افزارSPSS تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج : از 273 دانشجو، 191نفر با میانگین سنی 81/2±07/23 سالگی در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. 5/66 درصد مونث و 3/85 % مجرد، 1/25% (48 نفر)ترم دوم،3/29 %(56 نفر) کارآموز سال اول، 9/20% (40 نفر)کارآموز سال دوم و6/24%(47 نفر) کارورز بودند. رشته‌های تخصصی مورد علاقه با توجه به جنس به ترتیب اولویت در جنس مونث رشته پوست، رادیولوژی و قلب و در جنس مذکر ارتوپدی ،چشم و قلب بود. اولویت اول رشته‌های تخصصی مورد علاقه بر اساس مقطع تحصیلی شامل رشته‌های قلب و جراحی اعصاب برای دانشجویان ترم دوم و رشته پوست برای کارآموز سال اول، سال دوم و کارورز بود. در کل بیشترین رشته‌های تخصصی مورد انتخاب به ترتیب پوست (4/41%)، رادیولوژی (4/9%)و چشم (9/7%)بودند. از بین متغیر‌های بررسی شده، مشکل سربازی (005/0P<)و جنس (002/0 P<) ارتباط معنی‌داری با انتخاب رشته تخصصی نشان داد. مهم‌ترین عامل در انتخاب رشته تخصصی عوامل فردی و اقتصادی بودند که از بین عوامل اقتصادی، بازار کار(04/1±91/2) و از عوامل فردی، علاقه شخصی( 86/0±39/3)، بیشترین ارتباط را داشت (0001/0P<). در مجموع از بین عوامل مرتبط، عامل اقتصادی (0001/0P<) مهم‌ترین عامل، عنوان شد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نبودن تفاوت معنی‌دار رشته تخصصی انتخاب شده بین دانشجویان مقاطع مختلف، به نظر می‌رسد که عوامل از پیش تعیین شده‌ای مانند عوامل اقتصادی و فردی نقش مهم‌تری در انتخاب آنان دارد و مسئولان مربوطه می‌توانند با ایجاد گیرایی و افزایش انگیزه، تمایل دانشجویان پزشکی را به سمت رشته‌های مورد نیاز جامعه سوق دهند.

عنوان انگلیسی Factors Associated with Medical Students Tendency to Choose a Medical Specialty
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Abstract Introduction: Specialty choices among medical students is an important Issue.Economic, social and cultural factors are influential in this respect. Objective: To determine the factors associated with Medical Students tendency Materials and Methods: This cross sectional study was conducted on all second semester, students, Extern and intern. We used census method for selecting case of study. Data were collected using a two part questionnaire consisting of demographic features and a questionnaire that was adapted from AHP and translated into Persian with validity and reliability confirmed through content validity.The data were analized by descriptive and analytical tests using SPSS 17 softwere. Results: In total, 191 medical students participated in this study. average student age was 23.07±2.81, 66.5% were women and 85.3 percent were single, 25.1 %, second semester, 29.3 %, Student, 20.9 %, Extern and 24.6 % were intern. The priorities in female participants were Dermatology,Radiology and Cardiology and in male were orthopedy ,ophtalmology and cardiology . The preference in the selection of specialization courses was for education, including the Cardiology and Neurosergury in second semesters and in Student, Extern and intern were Dermatology. Overall, dermatology (41.4%)Radiology (9.4%) and Ophthalmology (7.9%) were the most favored specialty choices. According chi-squer test, of the variables, studied military service related problems P < 0/005)) and gender (P< 0/002) were significantly associated with specialty choice. The most important factors in student specialty choice, were individual and economic factors .From economic factors, labor market (2.91 ± 1.04) and between individual factors, personal interest (3.39 ± 0.86) were the most associated factors with specialty choice (P< 0/0001). Followed by other factors, including future revenues from economic factors and occupational factors, was private job after graduation from college. Among all of the relevant factors, economic factors, (p< 0/0001), were the most important ones. Conclusion: Personal interest and future earning were the most important factors and dermatology ,radiology and ophtalmology were the most favored specialty Choices among Guilan University of Medical Sciences students Therefore, these factors should be considered by the respective authorities when choosing the field and plan to develop praograms for the graduates.
