عنوان فارسی میزان لغو جراحی‌های انتخابی ژینکولوژی و اورولوژی در دو بیمارستان آموزشی
چکیده فارسی مقاله مقدمه: لغو جراحی از بزرگ‌ترین دشواری‌های بیمارستانی در سراسر دنیاست. میزان لغو عمل‌های جراحی انتخابی، متغییری در ارزیابی کیفیت مراقبت از بیمار و ارزیابی سیستم مدیریت بیمارستان است. هدف: بررسی میزان لغو اعمال جراحی انتخابی ژنیکولوژی و اورولوژی در روز عمل جراحی در دو مرکز آموزشی دانشگاهی الزهرا (س) و رازی مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی گذشته‌نگر اطلاعات ثبت شده همه موارد لغو جراحی در بیماران کاندید اعمال انتخابی ژنیکولوژی و اورولوژی در دو بیمارستان الزهرا (س) و رازی طی 11سال از اول فروردین 1380 تا انتهای اسفند 1390 به‌طور گذشته‌نگر جمع‌آوری شد و تعداد و علل لغو، سن بیماران، ارتباط موارد لغو با فصل‌های سال و ارتباط آن با وضعیت فیزیکی بیهوشی (ASA)، با نرم‌افزار 15 SPSS مورد موشکافی آماری قرار گرفت. نتایج: از 30684 جراحی 2879 (38/9%) مورد لغو شد. شایع‌ترین علت لغو، آمادگی نامناسب بیمار (6/33%) بود که این علت 336 (1/26%) مورد از علت‌های جراحی زنان و (6/39%) 631 مورد از علت‌های جراحی کلیه و مجاری ادرار را به خود اختصاص داده بود. متوسط سن در گروه لغو عمل به‌طور مشخص بالاتر بود (02/0=p).ارتباط مستقیم بین کلاس ASA و میزان لغو جراحی وجود داشت. 3/89% بیماران پس از رفع مشکل جراحی شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: از علل لغو، 04/67% پیشگیری‌پذیر بودند لذا ارتباط بهتر با بیمار و بستگان آنها و نیز صرف وقت بیشتر قبل از جراحی برای شناسایی، بررسی و درمان دشواری‌های پزشکی بیمار ممکن است در کاهش این موارد کمک‌کننده باشد.

عنوان انگلیسی Operation Cancellation in Elective Gynecologic and Urologic Surgeries in two Teaching Hospitals
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Introduction: One of the most important hospital problems, is revocation of elective surgeries in all around the world. This cancellation could be an index to evaluate the quality of patients care service and triage at hospitals. Objective: The causes of gynecologic and urologic elective surgeries cancellation in two teaching hospitals (Alzahra, Razi) on the day of surgery Materials and Methods: Data were collected about operation cancellation of elective gynecologic and urologic surgeries during 11 years (20th March 2001 to 19th March 2011), retrospectively. The amount and causes of cancelations, patient’s age, the relationship between revocation and seasons and its comparison with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA), were analyzed by SPSS, version 15. Results: From 30684 patients, 2879 were cancelled (9/38%), with the most common cause of cancellation being inappropriate preparation before surgery (33/6%). The rates were 337 (26/1%) for gynecologic surgeries and 631 (39/6%) for urologic ones. The mean age of the patients in the cancelled group was significantly higher than that in the other group (p=0/02). There was a direct correlation between ASA physical status and the amount of repeals. After eliminating the problem, 89/3% underwent operations. Conclusion: Among the causes of cancellation, only 67.04% were avoidable. So establishing a better relationship between patients and their families, and spending more time to recognize, assess and remove the medical problems, could help to decrease the rate of operation cancellations.
