ارزیابی‌استحکام عرضی‌آکریل‌های گرماپخت‌آکروپارس بایر و میدوی ومقایسه‌آنها |

چکیده مقدمه: یکی از مشکلات عدیده دندانپزشکان و تکنسین‌ها شکست آکریل ماده اصلی پروتز کامل است. هرچه پلی‌مریزاسیون آکریل کامل‌تر باشد، بسته به کیفیت ساخت آکریل، استحکام آن در برابر شکستن بیشتر می‌شود. هدف: بررسی کیفیت آکریل گرماپخت آکرو پارس و مقایسه با آکریل‌های گرما سخت بایر و میدوی برای کمک به رفع کاستی‌های آن. مواد و روش‌ها: 10 نمونه از سه نوع آکریل گرما سخت به ابعاد 2.5×10×65 میلیمتر ساخته و به گروه‌های 1- آکروپارس 2- میدوی و 3- بایر ، تقسیم شدند. با دستگاه اینسترون به این نمونه‌ها با سرعت 5 میلیمتر در دقیقه نیرو وارد و استحکام عرضی آنها اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج : میانگین استحکام عرضی در گروه 1Mpa 32/1 96/65 و در گروه 2 و 3 به ترتیب 02/1 08/81 و Mpa 19/1 30/84 بدست آمد که گروه 1 (آکروپارس) نسبت به گروه‌های 2 و 3 اختلاف آماری معنی دار نشان داد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به میانگین استحکام عرضی نمونه‌ها، مشخص شد که آکریل گرما سخت آکروپارس در مقایسه با نمونه های مشابه خارجی اختلاف معنی دار دارد. ولی از نظر آزمون ISO 1567 با میزان قابل قبول MPa 65 ، مورد تأیید است. |

Evaluation of the Transversel Strength of Acropars Heat Cure Acrylic Resin as Compared with Bayer and Meadway Heat Cure Acrylic Resins |

Abstract Introduction: One of the numerous problems that clinicians and technicians are faced with is the phenomenon of breakage of Acrylic resin, the basic material in complete denture. Objective: The main aim of this research was to survey the quality of Acropars heat cure Acrylie resin and compare it with Bayer and Mead way heat cure acrylic resins in order to reduce the deficiency existing. Materials and Methods: 10 samples of each acrylic resins were build in with dimensions of 65*10*2.5mm and then were divided in three groups: 1. Acropars 2-Meadway 3- Bayer Energy was exerted on samples through the Instron machine at speed of 5mm/min and their transversal strength (breakage strength) was measured. Results: The average transversal strength in first group was: 65.961.23 Mpa & the transversal strength in second group was 81/081.02 Mpa and in third group was 84/31.19 Mpa, and there was a significant difference in first group compared to the second and third groups. Conclusion: Regarding to the average transversal strength of samples it was shown that the Acropars heat cure Acrylic resin have significant difference when comparison with similar foreign samples. But it was approved regarding the ISO 1567 test, which states that mpa 65 is satisfactory. |
