اثربخشی زوج‌درمانی هیجان مدار بر کاهش تعارض‌های زناشویی و میل به طلاق در زوجین مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهرستان بندرعباس |

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر به بررسی اثربخشی زوج درمانی هیجان مدار بر کاهش تعارض‌های زناشویی و میل به طلاق در زوجین مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهرستان بندرعباس می‌پردازد. روش کار: این پژوهش به روش شبه تجربی و با استفاده از گروه کنترل، اجرای پیش‌آزمون و پس‌‌آزمون می‌باشد. جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه‌ی زوج‌هایی است که در سال 1390 و اوایل سال 1391، به منظور حل مشکلات زناشویی خود به مراکز مشاوره شهر بندرعباس، مراکز مشاوره خصوصی، مرکز مداخله در بحران خانواده و مرکز کاهش طلاق بهزیستی مراجعه نموده‌اند. نمونه‌ی پژوهش شامل 30 زوج بوده است که با شیوه‌ی نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند و سپس به شیوه‌ی تصادفی ساده (قرعه کشی) در دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده، پرسش‌نامه تعارض زناشویی ساخته شده توسط براتی و ثنائی ذاکر (1375) که دارای 42 سؤال است و پرسش‌نامه شاخص بی‌ثباتی ازدواج برای اندازه‌گیری عدم ثبات زناشویی زوجین گروه آزمایش 9 جلسه زوج درمانی به مدت 90 دقیقه و هفته‌ای یک بار دریافت کردند و گروه کنترل مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آمار توصیفی از جمله فراوانی، محاسبه میانگین و انحراف معیار و همچنین از روش آمار استنباطی شامل تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. داده‌های به دست آمده پژوهش با استفاده از سیستم نرم‌افزار SPSS 16 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نویسنده مسئول: فاطمه سلیمانی احمدی گروه مشاوره خانواده دانشگاه هرمزگان بندرعباس - ایران تلفن: 9164353509 98+ پست الکترونیکی: nasima_00317@yahoo.com نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که میانگین نمرات تعارض زناشویی و بی‌ثباتی ازدواج در پس آزمون گروه آزمایش به طور معنی‌داری از میانگین نمرات پس آزمون گروه کنترل پایین‌تراست و بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد (00001/.P |

Introduction: This study aims at analyzing the effectiveness of emotionally focused couple therapy on marital conflicts and tendency to get divorce in couples who have referred to counseling centers in Bandar Abbas County. Bandar Abbas, Iran Tel:+98 9164353509 Email: nasima_00317@yahoo.com Methods: This study was carried out as a quasi-experimental design with control group, pretest and posttest measures. The statistical population of this study included all couples who have referred to counseling centers in Bandar Abbas City, private counseling centers, center for intervention in family crises and center for reducing divorce rate in order to solve their marital problems in late 2011 and early 2012. The sample had 30 couples who have been selected using available sampling method and divided into control and experimental groups using simple casual sampling method. Marital Conflict Questionnaire (MCQ), designed by Barati and Sanaie Dhakir (1996) with 42 questions and Marital Instability Index Questionnaire were used in this study. For measuring the marital instability, couples in the experimental group received nine 90-minute couple therapy sessions once a week, whereas the control group did not receive any intervention. The descriptive statistical methods including frequency, mean value and SD as well as inferential statistical methods including analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) were used to analyze data. The results were analyzed suing SPSS 16. Results: The results indicated that the average scores of marital conflict and marital instability in posttest of experimental group was significantly less than those in control group and there was a significant difference between experimental and control groups (P< 0.0001). Conclusion: Therefore, the study's hypothesis, the effectiveness of emotionally focused couple therapy on alleviation of marital conflicts and tendency to divorce in couples was confirmed (general conclusion). |
