دیدگاه پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان های آموزشی – درمانی استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد در خصوص آموزش مداوم |

مقدمه: آگاهی از دیدگاه مخاطبین برنامه های آموزش مداوم پرستاری در مورد جنبه های مختلف آن اهمیت ویژه ای دارد. لذا مطالعه حاضر به منظور تعیین دیدگاه پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای آموزشی - درمانی استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد در خصوص آموزش مداوم انجام شد. روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی 184 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای آموزشی و درمانی استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد در سال 88-1387 شرکت داشتند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه ای پنج بخشی شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک و حیطه های محتوای برنامه، مدیریت، رضایت مندی و انگیزه بود. داده های جمع آوری شده با نرم افزار SPSS و شاخص های توصیفی تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد در حیطه منطبق بودن محتوای برنامه با تازه های علمی حداکثر 63%، در حیطه متناسب بدن مطالب با نیازهای شغلی حداکثر 63% و در حیطه مدیریت برنامه حداکثر 52% از شرکت کنندگان در حد زیاد راضی بودند. به طور کلی پرستاران شرکت کننده در این دوره ها از محتوای برنامه ها، مدیریت، رضایتمندی و انگیزه شرکت در برنامه ها ارزیابی نسبتا متوسطی داشتند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج ارزیابی از بخش های مختلف برنامه های ارائه شده، توصیه می گردد قبل از اجرای برنامه ها بازنگری در قسمت های مختلف و نیاز سنجی از شرکت کنندگان به عمل آید. |

Perspective of nurses working in medical-training hospitals in Kohkiloyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province towards continuing education |

Introduction: Information about perspective of nurses on continuing medical education is important in promoting the program. The present study was aimed to determine the perspective of nurses, working in medical-Education hospitals, on continuing education programs. Methods: In this descriptive study, 184 nurses working in medical-education hospitals of Kohkiloyeh and Boyer-Ahmad were participated. A questionnaire was developed in five sections: demographic and content-area information, management information, satisfaction information, and motivation information. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS. Results: Based on the results, at most, 63% of the participants in the study were satisfied with agreement of the contents with new scientific discoveries, 63% were satisfied with the appropriateness of the contents with their needs, and 52% were satisfied with the management of the programs. In general, nurses had average evaluation, about the contents of the program, management, satisfaction, and motivation in continuing education programs. Conclusion: The majority of nurses, participating in continuing educational programs, had average evaluation towards content of the program, program management, satisfaction with programs, and motivation for participation. It is suggested to review the various parts of the programs and implement the requirement evaluation before any education progress. |
