واکاوی راهبرد دولت ترامپ در برابر جمهوری اسلامی و راهکارهای پیش رو برای ایران |

این پژوهش قصد دارد با واکاوی رفتارها و رویکردهای ایران و آمریکا نسبت به یکدیگر در 40 سال گذشته دلایل آنها را توضیح داده و عوامل موثر در ادامه دشمنی میان تهران و واشنگتن را تبیین کند. تغییر رویکرد آمریکا در برابر ایران به دنبال روی کار آمدن دونالد ترامپ و خروج یکجانبه ایالات متحده از توافق چند جانبه برجام دشمنی میان ایران و آمریکا را عمیق تر ساخت. همچنین، اعمال تحریم های اقتصادی بی سابقه، تشکیل محور اسرائیل - عربستان – ترامپ، پشتیبانی فعالانه آمریکا از گروه های مخالف ایران و دنبال کردن رویکرد تقابل این ارزیابی را در دیدگاه رهبران ایران تقویت کرده است که دولت ترامپ به دنبال تغییر رژیم در ایران است. هدف کلیدی این مقاله پاسخگویی به این پرسش است که راهبرد دولت آمریکا در برابر ایران چیست و عوامل موثر بر این راهبرد کدامند؟ یافته‌های این پژوهش بر پایه روش تحقیق تاریخی نشان می‌دهد دولت ترامپ با نادیده گرفتن غرور ملی ایرانیان به گزینه تحریم و تهدید روی آورده است و خواهان تسلیم شدن ایران در یک معامله برد و باخت است. رویکرد دولت ترامپ بر این پایه استوار است که ایران سرانجام در برابر فشار تسلیم خواهد شد. این پژوهش نتیجه می گیرد که دولت ترامپ در برابر ایران راهبرد دولت رونالد ریگان در برابر شوروی را دنبال می کند: تضعیف تدریجی، کاستن از منابع مالی، شرمنده کردن حاکمیت در برابر مردم و پشیمان ساختن مردم از انقلاب 1357. سپس، این پژوهش راهکارهایی برای بی اثر کردن راهبرد آمریکا را پیشنهاد می دهد. |

Probing Trump Administration’s Strategy Towards the Islamic Republic & Solutions for Iran |

This study aims to explore the attitudes and behaviors of Iran and the USA toward eachother over the past 40 years, explaining the causes of these behaviors and elaborating onthe factors behind the continuing hostility between Tehran and Washington. The shift inUS attitudes toward Iran, following Donald Trump’s administration and the US’s unilateralexit from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action agreement, has deepened hostilitybetween Iran and the United States. Also, the unprecedented economic sanctions, the formationof the Israel-Saudi-Trump axis, active US support of Iranian opposition groups,and pursuing the confrontation approach have made Iranian leaders conclude that theTrump administration seeks regime change. The main objective of this article is to answerthe question of what the US government’s strategy is towards Iran and its influencing factors.The findings of this study based on historical research methods show that the Trumpadministration has turned to the option of sanctioning and threatening by ignoring Iraniannational pride and wants Iran to surrender in a win-lose deal. The Trump administration’sapproach is based on the assumption that Iran will eventually give in to pressure. The studyconcludes that against Iran, the Trump administration follows Ronald Reagan’s strategyagainst the Soviet :union:: gradual weakening, diminishing financial resources, humiliatingthe authorities over the people, and remorse for the 1979 revolution. Finally, this studyproposes some strategies to counteract the approach of the US. |
